What's in your desk drawer and what can you infer from those contents?
I gave up my teacher desk years ago for more kid space so all I have now is a rubbermaid wheeled set of drawers. Most of the contents of my drawers are paper clips, note cards, spare quarters for pop, and other random stuff I need to "do my job".
Not sure what the contents of my drawers say about me other than organization. I thrive on organization and need to be in order to due my job effectively. I need paper clips to hold my "ideas" together, binder clips for the larger "ideas" and staples for the smaller, disposable "ideas". I have note cards to thank those who are impacting my job and life in a positive way and index cards for notes about my students to remember the good, the bad and the ugly.
I don't want my drawers to be any bigger than they are currently because I don't need to hold onto unnecessary things.
